Section 1: Positive Feelings

 

04/04/14: I felt stimulated & skillful when facilitating the AE session where we explored our thoughts & feelings about not being alive something in the future.

04/30/14: I felt quietly excited and alive when meeting with Jennifer & Kate D. to process the 4/25 workshop and plan our future activities.                 

 

Section 2: Possible Strengths

        

04/04/14: I thought of the basic format and question to ensure a meaningful exploration of how each participant feels and thinks about not existing some time in the future.

04/30/14: I seemed articulate when discussing the issues related to the recent workshop & how we would proceed with the next. I was good at collaborating with J & K, and we communicated easily and openly. 

 

Section 3: Self-Articulated Strengths

 

      I am interested in, and good at, facilitating small groups so that the participants help each other recall personal stories about past experiences when they felt good.

      I am effective in establishing a climate when 2-4 people brain-storm and plan new approaches to focus on strengths and create more positive self-identities.  This might be summarized as being skillful at facilitating others to flourish and develop to their potential.
